INFORMATION REGARDING BOOKING & CANCELLATION
Please be aware of the legal cancellation fee that must be adhered to when making any performance bookings or when booking guest appearances with CHRIS CROSS.
In the event of the booker being able to unable to fulfil the responsibilities taken or have to cancel the engagement due to unforeseen circumstances, IMMEDIATE contact MUST be made with the artiste 'CHRIS CROSS'. Likewise if the artiste 'CHRIS CROSS' is unable to fulfil this contract, immediate notice will be given and appropriate actions taken as detailed below;
In the very unlikely event that a cancellation/termination notice from the performer 'CHRIS CROSS' is made, due to circumstances out of his control, then the artiste 'CHRIS CROSS' will find a suitable replacement that he can recommend to carry out a very good service, and if the replacement entertainer's fee is more than that of his own, 'CHRIS CROSS' will pay the extra difference. This means that no matter what, you are going to receive great entertainment for the price originally agreed with 'CHRIS CROSS'. Examples of unforeseen circumstances include; illness, severe weather conditions, taking a booking for TV, royalty etc.
If a cancellation/termination notice from the booker is given, then the cancellation policy applies which is stated here; if the booker cancels the booking within 90 days or less of the booking date, then 100% of the original booking fee and any expenses the artiste has already incurred due to preparations for the booking must be paid by the booker. If the cancellation/termination occurs within 90-365 days from the booked date, then 50% of the original booking fee and any expenses the artiste has already incurred due to preparations for the booking must be paid by the booker. If the cancellation is made 365 days or more before the booking date, then neither party needs to honour the contract.
